I drove around everywhere today looking at sewing machines and wow, I had forgotten how much they are since I have had my old one for so long. You can get cheap ones but I need one with a computer in it and those are expensive. There really is no point getting a cheap one since it will just break but *sigh* I don't think I have the money for the one I want. I may just end up getting the old one fixed but I have a feeling that is not really going to be that much cheaper... Plus, Joanne Fabrics was having a 50% off sale and I had pulled about a dozen fabrics before I stopped myself and put them all back. I have so much fabric already that I can't use because I DON'T HAVE A SEWING MACHINE!!! ARGH!! So I didn't wanna buy more so it can sit with the tons of other fabrics in a box in the sewing room *_* I must make a decision...
My knit wear is crap. There I said it. It's frustrating to learn something new...
Funny conversation... After I made a dress... Angel, the model from hell is trying it on...
Me: "Do you like it?"
Angel: "Well, I like the sleeves and the bodice but... I think it would be nicer as a shirt."
Me: "Uhhhmmm... does that mean you want me to make you a shirt of it?"
Angel: "Yes please, in the pink fabric you have with the white piping."
(An hour later)
Me: "Do you like it?"
Angel: "Well, maybe in a different material...?"
Me: "I hate you."
